TaposirisTemplePylons

Two masonry walls stand at a very colossal scale, more than 7 adults tall. This is the main entrance to the former temple of Osiris and Isis. The lower part of the wall is intact, built from enormous blocks as big as the torso of an adult. There are two vertical niches on either side of the door that probably held statues two thousand years ago when the site was used as a temple. The sky is a light blue above in this desert location. There is no top to the temple door, only sides to it.
