Thanks! The Siberian iris and daffodils are working hard to do their bit. Photos to come.

I love these flowers. We had them at our old house. My ex-husband could never get the name right. He called them Chlamydia.

I love them too, we have this dark purple and a more fuchsia variety. The name does not roll of the tongue for me either and we can come up with pretty funny variations. Thanks Pam.

Aren’t they wonderfully flamboyant? 🙂 🙂 Just like flamenco!

I’m okay, thanks 🙂 On Saturday, I spent three hours gardening–a fun time of my week. Also very therapeutic at this time. My neighbors and I exchanged greetings and maintained the six-foot recommended distance between us. As far as I know, none of my neighbors have yet caught the disease. Four of them work in the nursing or eldercare services.
Stay well ❤

Gardening sounds great. We’ve been outside on sunny 40-45 degree days cleaning up the yard.

Hi Ruth, thanks for your comment. We had rain yesterday…have today…will tomorrow… and the plants are soaking it up. We may have daffodils next week!

Thanks Beth! Purple is a favorite of mine. I’m hoping our resident sculpture artist will finish the helix trellis this year. It’s in the works. Fingers crossed.
