I pulled into a parking place at the grocery store last week. While I put on my face mask, I looked out the front window and saw a black walnut a sneaky squirrel had hidden.

As a bonus, I liked the gray blue sky peeking through the rivet holes of the post.

I didn’t know there was such a thing as a black walnut! I thought you were being rather clever showing the front end of a car to complement the sign, Rebecca 🙂 🙂

Thanks, Jo. They are edible for squirrel, but not for humans if I understand correctly. I don’t think I’ll test the theory. ; )

Very observant! The front of the car on the street completes the chopped off drawing of a car on the sign!

Love it!! My neighbor and I laughed so hard when we saw two walnuts stashed in the branch of a pine tree on one of our walks.
