I took a garden stroll with my camera this afternoon, thinking perhaps one or two plants might be in bloom. I was pleasantly surprised to find two colors of Columbine, a peony shrub with pink blossoms, yellow marsh marigold and purple turtle head.

Rainstorms have taken over the weather the last few days. I wondered if our recently planted vegetable plot might have any tiny seedlings. None yet, it seems, but soon!

Do you like to garden? Have any house plants? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below.

Thanks, Margaret. Lucky to have an established garden set up by the gardener before me. Perhaps I should also have a post for flowering weeds I have not loved. 😉

I envy Gardening Aficionados like yourself who are able to grow things – Loving Husband also is able to grow things in the garden, but I can’t even keep a cactus alive!

How great that your husband gardens. What does he like to grow?

Our little balcony garden doesn’t hold a whole lot, but he likes to rescue potted plants that come his way.

Indeed! Ours is a little neglected (and overgrown) right now but once summer break comes around, Loving Husband will tend to it again!
