Weekend Sky #71

Picnic by a Lake Wingra at dusk. An enormous orange band appeared in one section of the horizon above the lake in the east. Quickly sliding into a simmering copper disk of the moon. A full moon paddle event began. All the boats were already reserved. The people in the photo that follows are on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and in a kayak.

I’ll be on vacation from blogging next week, spending time with family. More news when I return! ¡Olé! –Rebecca

Hicimos picnic en las orillas del Lago Wingra. Al anochecer, vimos un franja anaranjada en el este arriba del lago. Creció y apareció la luna, un disco de cobre reluciente. Había un evento de remar bajo la luna llena. Todos los barcos estuvieron aquilados de antemano. Las personas en la foto arriba están en una tabla de remar de pie y en un kayak.

Estaré de vacaciones la semana que viene, pasando el tiempo en familia. Más noticias cuando vuelvo a bloguear. ¡Olé! –Rebecca
