6 Words on the Total Eclipse

Besides our trusty colander, the highlight of the eclipse afternoon was the VLA of a Latino Family from Nebraska. VLA stands for Very Large Array. That was one powerful telescope, complete with UV filter. The family was very generous in allowing all forty eclipse seekers a view through the telescope and to take photos of the moon’s progression.
