I was delighted to see Becky B has begun a new Square challenge for May. The theme is renewal. Blooming trees are an excellent symbol of new life to me.
Last weekend Eagle and I went for a walk in the Arboretum. The crabapple trees were in full bloom.
This post is for Becky B’s Squaresrenew and Cee’s Flower of the day.

Frog verse of May? Submissions open until Sunday.
These are so beautiful. I love flowering shrubs as they bring a wonderful display of colour to the garden. They also are excellent for attracting bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day. Aiva xx

Thanks, Sadje. The Arboretum is marvelous. All the high school aged teens were dressed up and taking photos before the Prom dance.

Ok, I sometimes rewrite many times. You’ll get it. Maybe put it aside for a week.

The miracle of Spring in Winter countries.

Exactly, Brian. The absence of flowers through winter shows us their miraculous return in spring.

It’s a thing one misses here. No Fall, no Winter, hence no Spring.

The cycle of seasons is a blessing, although in long winters we don’t think so. : )
