Thank you for your interest in the Poetry Challenge: Tanka Tribute! This month we have two tanka tributes from friends and two of my own. We’ll start with tribute for a public figure from the movies by a Spanish blogger friend:

I’m beyond impressed that you can be a poet in not one, but two languages. My own attempt never materialised (though I wrote some other poems instead). Maybe next month?
