The outdoor program at our child’s school is fabulous. Today a very small group, masked and distanced, met at our Arboretum for a hike. I made the most of it and took a long walk, just my camera and me.

That was a nice long walk. Time for a rest on a pretty bench to watch the sunset.

Do you have a favorite walk near you? ¡Olé! –Rebecca

Brilliant. Both mother and child purposefully employed. Yes. Lockdown has revealed so many lovely local walks.

Thanks for your comments, Margaret. Yes, I got out for that long walk! The Arb is not so far away, perhaps 6 miles, we’re thinking of going today – the whole family.

Walking the old colonial streets of neighbourhood Tlalpan was a pleasure. Now, I must admit there are too many people on the street not wearing masks. Not nice… All well?

Even while I watch movies filmed in previous years, I noticed myself cringing if there is a crowd scene without mask use. Wonder how long this reflex will last. I’ll wait for a good vaccine.

Dig up a good old Humphrey Bogart. No cels. Gotta find a phone booth. 😉

I remember the days, I didn’t have a cell phone until 2008. ; )

Did you now? I had one since ’93. A brick of a phone…

Sounds like you had one of those weight lifting versions. Hee hee. I miss my tiny flip phone…

Hehe. Had one of those too. The one Gibbs still uses on NCIS. 😉
