The garden always gallops away from me in June. March I have the heady illusion that I can keep the weeds at bay. By summer, the truth is out. The weeds have won. Again. I shrug. I’ll selectively show you the flowers I love.





These perennials are not natives to North America, but I treasure them for their colors and varieties of forms nonetheless. Happy Weekend!
